We provide comprehensive support and maintenance for PCs and other IT related equipment. You have the choice of paying by the hour or by taking out an annual maintenance contract. All PC problems undertaken, we charge £20 per hour for on site visits and most problems can usually be fixed within the hour. We will always advise if problem is likely to exceed 1 hour fix time and provide quote before beginning any work. If we can't fix it then there's no charge at all over the initial £20.

Maintenance Contracts

New PCs provided by NePCS

All new PCs are delivered with a 1 year parts and labour warranty. Up to an additional 2 years parts and labour warranty can be purchased at any time within the first year. Each additional year costs £60, giving you the peace of mind knowing that your investment is fully protected for up to 3 years. This annual fee includes one on-site visit to check out your PC and address any minor problems.

Following the 3 years we offer a labour only warranty for a standard annual fee of £50. Note that this does not include any parts or other materials which will be charged at cost. In cases where spare parts need to be supplied, a quote will be produced before commencing any work. This annual fee includes one on-site visit to check out your PC and address any minor problems.

PCs not provided by NePCS

For those whose PCs were not supplied by NePCS, we offer a labour only warranty for a standard annual fee of £50. Note that this does not include any parts or other materials which will be charged at cost. In cases where spare parts need to be supplied, a quote will be produced before commencing any work. This annual fee includes one on site visit to check out your PC and address any minor problems.

Any PCs not provided by NePCS will be subject to an initial inspection prior to agreement of maintenance contract.
